As the chain latched onto the light a ring of black formed around the Grim with a dark yellow line at one end. "Ryou direct your energy at the yellow part of the ring. Carefully sever it." she said and she shut her eyes to start concentrating for her part.

grrrrr "ryoji began a furious assault of strikes on the grim. leo stood at a distance and charged both of his arms for dual rail gun blasts" i dont know how much longer we can keep this up. were barely esacping his attacks and arent doing much damage to him..... Thr Grim growled behind the barrier, black wings pressing against the walls in his attempts to break them. He felt the chains began to wrap around him and with a snarl glared at the group as he was unable to break free of them. A bright light formed beneath the Grim.

"There! Direct the other end at that light, I believe that is the core of this realm." Ascher said.

Ryou growled and made his flames grow brighter. Waay brighter.
